How I Got Here
I am celebrating 11 years of experience as a Birth Coach and Labor & Delivery Nurse in the San Antonio, Texas area. I offer personalized prenatal, birthing, postnatal, breastfeeding support and life coaching (including postpartum depression screenings and guidance). My goal is to give you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor process. Being a doula and a L&D RN has given me the opportunity to witness hundreds of births in and out of the hospital. I offer interactive spiritual prenatal classes on-line. To learn more about me and the services that I offer, please get in touch.
What I Do
All pregnancies are different, with each experience being special and unique in its own way. That’s why I work with you to customize my support services, always striving to meet your needs and expectations. I invite you to view the services I offer below, and get in touch with me to schedule an initial meeting.
Here for You
From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. I’m always available to contact by phone/email throughout and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, I am committed to the health and wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have. Sometimes having a baby can cause anxiety and postpartum depression. I am also available as a life coach focusing on postpartum depression screenings and guidance.
